This show explores the human body from an evolutionary perspective - the ultimate perspective to understanding our lives, such as: Why do we actually menstruate? Is the pill a buffer or a risk factor? Why would conditions such as endometriosis and Alzheimer’s continue to exist? I explore the "evolutionary mismatch" of living modern lives with ancient bodies whilst communicating the latest scientific research on each topic in a chill, digestible way. There may also be interviews with students and collaborators, exploring interesting research and helping to close the gender gap in medicine.
